Here at UC we are frequently asked what makes us different from other residential colleges and accommodation options. We have a lot of rural students, who particularly love that we aren鈥檛 too formal, and our community has a strong reputation for inclusiveness and support 鈥� valuing diversity over conformity.

UC is a community of 340 residents; a place where you can easily meet people and establish life-long friendships while pursuing your tertiary studies. It鈥檚 where you walk down the hallway and know each other鈥檚 names. Our first years, returning residents and Resident Tutors all support each other and live together onsite.

At our college, you will meet people from different backgrounds, states and countries, studying a diverse range of degrees. We don鈥檛 only take students studying at the University of Melbourne, but also RMIT, Monash and ACU.

It鈥檚 a great lifestyle, with so many sporting, social and cultural activities to choose from, and meals, tutorials and wellbeing programs all included.
